C.L. Conroy
C.L Conroy is one of South Florida’s best-known and most-respected marketing and public relations executives. After 10 years working in-house at area hospitals, as an Account Executive of the legendary Hank Meyer Associates and as a VP at a local advertising agency, C.L. formed a full-service marketing and public relations agency focused on a broad-based team approach to representation. She and her staff maintain excellent contacts in traditional media areas and are constantly updating their tactical knowledge in the burgeoning social media area, with all actively involved and represented in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, the blogosphere and other emerging social media platforms that offer opportunities to meet and exceed client objectives.
An expert in public relations and marketing for more than 25 years, C.L. has designed and sucessfully implemented campaigns for international, national and regional clients in the consumer products, health care, corporate, banking, travel and tourism, entertainment, retail, aviation, real estate and education fields.
Ms. Conroy is actively involved in both the business and future of the South Florida community. She is on the Board of Advisors of Teach For America Miami-Dade; a Trustee and on the Board of Directors for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Orange Bowl Committee; on the board of Carr Four Housing for the Homeless; a former board member of the Advertising Federation of Greater Miami and past president of the Public Relations Society of America, Miami Chapter. C.L. also is an active member of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, The Beacon Council, SKAL Miami and Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. A Miami native, Ms. Conroy has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida.

Jorge Martinez

Jorge Martinez
The bilingual vice president of the firm, Jorge Martinez excels in the areas of media relations strategy and implementation and is especially well versed in Hispanic U.S. marketing and social media. Jorge has handled public relations for a variety of accounts in the corporate, retail, real estate, travel, entertainment, financial, and health care fields.
Before joining The Conroy Martinez Group, Jorge managed a wide array of accounts such as the South Florida Super Bowl XXIX Host Committee, Federated Department Store’s Burdines, Williams Island, Fisher Island, Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and Spec’s Music.
He previously was an Account Executive in the Consumer Division of Burson Marsteller Public Relations in Miami where he served as primary media liaison for Bacardi Imports, Fisher Island and The Lipton Championships. Martinez began his career at The Conroy Martinez Group as an intern before joining Miami’s legendary Hank Meyer Associates, working on publicity and promotions for accounts including Deloitte & Touche, the Miami Seaquarium, L. Luria & Son and Terranova. Jorge has been with CMG for nearly 15 years.
Mr. Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Miami and is an active volunteer, serving as a Board Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the Top 100 Minority Business Committee, is a member of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, University of Miami Citizen's Board, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Public Relations Society of America.

Michelle Palomino

Michelle Palomino
With an outstanding track record of coordinating quality media relations and community relations campaigns on behalf of clients in the entertainment, healthcare, retail, travel, banking, and corporate communications arenas, Michelle Palomino develops, coordinates and tracks traditional and social media strategy and implementation for the firm.
A veteran of the travel and tourism industry, managing accounts including the Curacao Tourist Board and the Negril, Jamaica public relations campaigns, Michell worked with a prominent travel public relations firm and later served as an account executive with a national marketing firm’s Miami and Latin American office. Clients included Bellsouth, Diamond Brands, Hertz International, Incorporated, Miami Seaquarium, Aventura Mall, and HIP Healthplans.
Michelle holds an M.B.A., specializing in Marketing and Finance, from the University of Miami and a B.S. in International Relations from the University of the West Indies.

Jose D. Boza

Jose D. Boza
Our bilingual social media watchdog, Jose Boza is part of the team that develops the social media portion of all The Conroy Martinez Group client efforts. With a broad range of expertise in media relations, social media, media buying, advertising, promotions and events, Jose performs a wide range of national and regional client services in the entertainment, retail, real estate, tourism, technology, education, health care, and financial industries.
He has handled marketing and public relations campaigns for a number of entertainment clients including Cirque Du Soleil, Pirates Mutiny from Spain, Florida Renaissance Festival, Discover Miami Music Festival, “iTango” world traveling Argentine Tango show and a host of other accounts. In addition, he has handled a broad base of corporate clients including JP King Auction Company, Baptist Health South Florida and Prime Home Builders.
Jose works regularly with the English and Spanish language regional and national media as well as with a variety of trade press. A native of Miami, Jose began his career as a public relations coordinator at a local attraction, where he worked with National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Food Network, Travel Channel and USA Today. He also served as a regional mall marketing coordinator.
Mr. Boza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida International University (FIU) and a minor in Psychology. He is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America and the Latin Builders Association.

Erika Arriola

Erika Arriola
Ms. Arriola’s began her professional career with the Miami Heat, assisting with game day operations. A top graduate from Florida International University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications program, Erika holds a Bachelors degree in Public Relations with a second major in Psychology. She was named PR Student of the Year in her senior year, 2009.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Erika works with a variety of clients in the engineering, automotive, entertainment, real estate and restaurant industries, coordinating with local and regional media and assisting account teams on client services, and research.

Marilyn Luna
Ms. Luna, fluent in both Spanish and English, aids the account team in a variety of areas including press releases, media follow-up, research, tracking media coverage and maintaining media contact files for all clients. Currently a senior at Florida International University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications, earning a Bachelors degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing and Psychology (May 2010), Luna previously worked with a regional mall, part of the Simon Property Group, facilitating marketing efforts.
